It is intended for educational and self-defense purposes only. It is not legal, medical, psychological, or HR advice. Always consult qualified professionals for material decisions.
3. Acceptable use
- You will not use the app to harass, defame, blackmail, stalk, threaten, or harm any person.
- You will not use the app to plan or commit unlawful acts.
- You will not submit content that violates the rights of others, including confidential or stolen data.
- You will not attempt to bypass safety controls, security measures, or rate limits.
- You will not scrape, crawl, mirror, copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app or its outputs.
4. Account & security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us at

5. Intellectual property
All app code, design, prompts, branding, and curated content are owned by the operator and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, scraping, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in substantial fines and legal proceedings.

You retain ownership of content you submit (journal entries, prompts). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the app for you.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
