Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 25, 2026

1. Who we are

The Consigliere is an individual project operated by its sole owner ("we", "us"). This page describes how we handle information you provide through the application. For privacy requests, contact theconsigliereoffice@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: email address and authentication credentials.
  • Consultation data: messages, threads, and AI responses you generate.
  • Journal entries: incidents you log in the Evidence Journal.
  • Checker & Playbook inputs: answers and scenarios you submit for analysis.

3. How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the application's features: to authenticate you, persist your consultations and journal entries, and generate AI advice in response to your inputs. We do not sell your data, and we do not use any third-party analytics or tracking on this app.

4. AI processing

Prompts you submit to the chat, checker, and playbooks features are sent to a third-party AI inference provider for the sole purpose of generating a response. Do not include information you are not willing to share with such a provider.

5. Storage and access

Data is stored on a managed cloud backend with row-level security. Each user can only access their own threads, messages, and journal entries. The project owner may access aggregate technical logs for operational and security purposes.

6. Retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. To delete your account or all associated data, email theconsigliereoffice@gmail.com from your account email. We will process the request within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing the address above.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary for authentication and app functionality. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
